“블랑”은 가로 줄기와 세로 줄기의 대비가 큰 제목용 글자체이다. 2014년 김지은이 디자인한 ‘꽃담체’의 스케치를 바탕으로 윤민구와의 협업을 통해 새롭게 디자인했다. 날카로우면서 부드러운 감수성을 동시에 지녔고, 24pt 이상의 큰 크기에서 글자 표정이 잘 드러난다. 한글 2,575자와 기본 로만 알파벳, 숫자와 기호활자를 포함하고 있으며, 세로쓰기용 글리프를 한 벌 추가하여 가로쓰기와 세로쓰기 각각 적절한 시각흐름선으로 정렬된다.

Blanc is a Hangul typeface for display with high contrast between the horizontal and the vertical stroke. We redesigned it based on the first sketch of the typeface by Jieun Kim, and it has a sharp and smooth sensibility at the same time. It contains 2,575 Korean alphabets and 52 basic Roman alphabets, 405 numerals, and some symbol glyphs. In addition, we added a Korean vertical glyph set; you can use both the horizontal and the vertical writing system.
